"Patches" was the second rescue GSP, who we rescued in 2000.  After spending just a few hours with her, I decided that there was no way that I could part with her, and she has been our loving house pet ever since.  Patches and I regularly visit the local hospital and nursing homes.     

     While living with these two German Shorthairs, we fell in love with this very versatile breed and decided that this was definitely the breed for us.

Even though we are now actively involved in competing with our GSPs in various events, we still find the time to assist the Rescue cause whenever possible. We are affiliated with the GSPCA National Rescue Program.  As volunteers we serve when possible as foster parents to unwanted dogs (from shelters, owner turn ins, etc.) until a forever home can be found. We work to socialize, and train our foster dogs along with providing them the much needed TLC that they deserve.
